Three regions, three campuses
Lower Bucks students attend BCTHS full-time; central districts send students to MBIT in Jamison; Upper Bucks districts send students to UBCTS in Perkasie.
Hands-On Pathways
Three shared campuses that turn the county’s public districts into one career-and-technical network — trades, tech, health, and culinary under real-world conditions.
Bucks County’s public districts share three career and technical schools, each serving its own region: Bucks County Technical High School in Fairless Hills is a full-time comprehensive high school for six Lower Bucks districts; the Middle Bucks Institute of Technology in Jamison serves four central districts with half-day programs; and the Upper Bucks County Technical School in Perkasie serves the three Upper Bucks districts.
For families, these schools are a genuine third path: students can pursue construction trades, automotive technology, culinary arts, health sciences, cosmetology, information technology, and more — often graduating with industry certifications, apprenticeship connections, or a running start on college credit. Which campus a student can attend follows from the home district, which follows from the home address.

Yes. Access follows district residency — the school district your address belongs to determines which of the three campuses your student can attend, so it is worth factoring into a home search if career-tech programs matter to your family.
District lines, attendance zones, and feeder patterns are exactly the homework I do for buyers. Tell me what your family needs and I will map the search to it.
