Short, because this site does very little with your data.

What this site collects
The only information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, an optional phone number, the topic you select, and your message. There is no account system, no newsletter signup, and no hidden field.
This site does not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing tags, session recording, or heat mapping. There are no advertising cookies. Nothing follows you to other websites.
It does count page views, using Vercel Web Analytics — the privacy-preserving counter built into the company that hosts this site. It sets no cookies. Rather than tag your browser with a lasting identifier, it counts you using a hash generated from the incoming request that resets every single day, so you cannot be recognized here tomorrow or on any other website. What gets recorded is the page, the time, the site that referred you, your approximate location (country, region, city), and your device, browser, and operating system. It is anonymous: it is not tied to your IP address, your name, or anything you type into the contact form, and it is never used to build a profile of you.
Where it goes
A submitted form is delivered as an email to Graham Sullivan through Resend, an email delivery provider. It is not written to a database, added to an automated drip campaign, or synced to a CRM. It arrives as an email and is answered by a person.
Web hosting is provided by Vercel, which — like every web host — keeps standard server request logs for security and reliability. Those logs are Vercel’s, are retained on their schedule, and are not used by this site to build a profile of you.
What is never done with it
Your information is never sold, rented, traded, or handed to a lead-generation company. It is not shared with lenders, title companies, home warranty vendors, contractors, or any other referral partner unless you specifically ask to be introduced.
You will not be added to a mailing list because you asked a question. If you contact this site once and never again, you will not hear from an automated sequence.
How long it is kept
Contact emails are retained in an ordinary email mailbox for as long as they remain useful to an active or past client relationship, and are subject to the record-retention obligations that apply to Pennsylvania real estate transactions. You may ask to have your inquiry deleted at any time and it will be, unless a transaction record is legally required to be kept.
Your choices
You can ask what has been retained about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email Graham@bucksnotary.com or call 215-932-3000. There is no form to fill out and no verification portal.
There is no cross-site tracking here to opt out of and no advertising profile to delete. The page-view counting described above is anonymous and expires within a day, so there is nothing in it that identifies you to retrieve or erase. If you would rather not be counted at all, any ordinary content blocker that blocks analytics requests will stop it, and every page on this site works exactly the same afterward.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults transacting real estate and is not directed at children under 13. No information is knowingly collected from children.
Changes
If this site ever adds a CRM, a different analytics vendor, or any other data practice, this page will be updated to describe it accurately before that practice goes live. The effective date above will change with it.
